EMi’s first project is ‘CYCLEmmunity’, a community-based project that has been functioning in Addis Ababa since February 2021.
Egre Menged uses bicycles as a powerful tool to create new jobs, protect the environment, promote NMT and road safety, and empower communities. CYCLEmmunity is a community group that rides bicycles weekly and works in the areas of Community Development and Bicycle Awareness.

With over 450 members, CYCLEmmunity is currently the biggest community-based bicycle group in Addis Ababa.
